The thing about the Lever Style Chain Binder is that it’s a simple machine with simple components. Only two components, really. First, there’s the lever. The lever is designed to increase the amount of force that’s applied to the tie down. You give this formed steel handle a good and firm push, and it will lock down your load in one swift move. The lever stores energy, so be careful not to let the handle recoil back at you. Keep your body clear whenever you’re tensioning or loosening the chain.
Working with the lever is a pair of forged alloy steel Clevis Grab Hooks that are made to be durable.
