Our customers can order genuine Palfinger Liftgate parts, Palfinger Hoist parts, or Palfinger Service Body parts from our Joppa, Maryland or Philadelphia, Pennsylvania locations.

WHAT YOU\’LL NEED

Intercon Truck wants to make securing Palfinger equipment parts as easy as possible. To be sure we can help you to the best of our abilities, it is important that you know the following information about your Palfinger equipment:

1. Serial Number
2. Model Number
3. [Liftgate] Platform Size and Material (Steel or Aluminum)
4. Maximum Weight Capacity (if applicable)
5. Part Number and Quantity of desired Parts

If you are having difficulty locating your Model Number or Serial Number, both can be found on a steel plate bolted to the side of your liftgate (driver side on top of mount frame), on the frame of your Hoist, or in the front driver side compartment of your Service Body. For cranes, it should be somewhere on the base.

When ordering parts, please include as much information as possible. If this information is not available, a complete written description, sketch or photograph of the required part will help to correctly identify and deliver the needed part to you.
