If you are a tax exempt organization and do not have an ITE Parts, Inc. Exempt Customer Account, please follow the steps below.

Step 1: Print out and complete the Registration Form.

Step 2: Mail completed Registration Form and a copy of your tax exempt certificate (front & back) to the address indicated on the form.
