-All sales are final after 30 days of invoice, unless warranted by the manufacturer.
-Special Order or Custom items are non-cancelable after 24 hours and are non-returnable.
-Orders other than Special Order or Custom items can be canceled at any time prior to shipment – contact email@example.com. A 5% processing fee applies to all cancellations not made within 2 hours of purchase.
-Products must be unused or defective to be returned.
-No Returns will be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA).
To obtain an RMA number:
We will respond as quickly as possible with your RMA number and return instructions.
-No returns will be accepted for electrical items and fluids.
-Items shipped LTL or Truck Freight are not eligible for return.
-Refunds are for the cost of the product. Shipping charges are not refundable.
-Processing your return may take up to 4 weeks.
-Customers are responsible for returning parts to ITE Parts Inc. or to the product manufacturer, freight prepaid.
-Liftgate parts ordered without providing a Liftgate serial number WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE for return.
Note: While we take back most products directly. If the item was shipped directly from the factory, we will work with you to return to their location. Higher restocking fees may apply on these types of returns. We only pass on the cost charged to us.
*We currently ship only to addresses within the Continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii (fees apply). We do not currently ship to U.S. Territories.
*All stock orders placed by 3:00 PM E.S.T. are shipped the same day and are FOB Joppa, MD.
*All items purchased from ITE Parts Inc. are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. ITE Parts Inc. is not responsible or liable for any damage arising from shipment.
*FREE SHIPPING PROMOTION applies to parcel shipments only. LTL orders and some oversize items are not eligible. Oversize items may require additional shipping charges. ITE Parts/Intercon Truck will notify customers of these charges as soon as they are known. Customers who's orders require these charges will be given the option to alter or cancel their order as they see fit.
