Completing a purchase through ITEParts.com constitutes acceptance of the following agreement.

1. SHIPPING:

Orders are shipped via a carrier to be determined by ITEParts.com or the manufacturer at the time of shipping, whether that be UPS, FedEx, XPO, or any others. Most carriers ask for a contact email to send tracking information to, and we always input the email that the customer includes on their order, ensuring you always know the status of your package. If you have not received an email from a carrier, the most likely scenario is it has not shipped out yet.

  • We currently ship to addresses WITHIN the Continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada (shipping fees apply). We do not currently ship to U.S. Territories.
    • Shipments to Canada may require the use of a private Canada Customs Broker. Should a shipment require this a valid Canada Customs Broker MUST be supplied by the customer.
    • Procuring a Customs Broker and all related fees is the sole responsibility of the purchasing customer.
    • Canada customers will be contacted by an ITEParts.com team member when this information is required.
  • We can not guarantee the stock levels of any item at the time of purchase. Out-of-stock items will result in extended delivery times.
  • We can not guarantee shipping times. Any delivery estimate given upon inquiry is subject to change depending on the carrier and their circumstances which are entirely out of our control.
  • All items purchased from ITEParts.com are made under a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items passes to you, the customer upon transfer to the carrier. ITEParts.com/Intercon Truck of Baltimore, Inc. is not responsible or liable for any damage or loss arising from shipment.
  • Customers may be asked to complete an address verification form as a fraud prevention measure.
  • Processing PayPal orders may be delayed up to 24 hours for fraud prevention verification.
  • Partial shipments are only available for orders where one or more parts are out of stock at our location, and the lead time to get those parts here exceeds eight (8) business days from the day that we process your order.
  • Shipping costs and free shipping are good for initial shipment ONLY. Reshipment of refused or returned orders will be reshipped C.O.D.
  • FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS $150 OR MORE applies to parcel shipments only under 50 lbs. in total order weight. LTL orders and oversized items are NOT ELIGIBLE.
  • Oversize and LTL orders may require additional shipping charges. ITE Parts/Intercon Truck of Baltimore will notify customers of these charges as soon as they are known. Customers whose orders require these charges may alter or cancel their orders as they see fit. 

The customer must have the ability to unload LTL orders at the stated destination. If you do not have the means to unload your order, the carrier may hold it at their facility until special arrangements are made. ALL ACTIONS AFTER INITIAL DELIVERY ATTEMPT ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PURCHASER.

 

2. ORDER RETURNS OR CANCELLATIONS:

Standard Orders can be canceled at any time before shipment. Processing and restocking fees may apply – Contact customer.service@iteparts.com with your Order number.

  • Special Order/Custom-made items are non-cancelable after 5 PM on the date of purchase* and are non-refundable/not returnable these items include the following:
    • Any built-to-order item such as hoists or complete liftgates.
    • Fisher plow and spreader parts which are non-stock items.
    • BOSS parts, accessories, or mounts for vehicles more than 5 years old are non-stock items.
    • SnowDogg parts, accessories, or mounts for vehicles more than 5 years old are non-stock items.
    • VMAC parts and accessories.
  • All Sales Older than 30 Days from the Date of Invoice are FINAL unless warranted by the manufacturer regardless of the reason for return.
  • A 3.5% Processing Fee applies to ALL credit card order cancellations not made before 5 PM on the date of purchase* regardless of the reason for cancelation, and on ALL order returns. This includes cancelations due to delays in shipping due to material or labor shortages on the part of our suppliers.
  • Processing Fees on ALL PayPal Orders are non-refundable at any time for any reason.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return credits are for the cost of goods only.
  • A 3.5% Credit Card Transaction Processing Fee is applied to ALL returns. This fee is applied by the payment processing service directly to the account of the credit recipient.
  • Orders of items with "required order quantities" must be returned complete"
  • Returns or Cancelations of ALL BOSS Snowplow and Spreader Parts are subject to a 25% restocking fee regardless of the reason for return/cancelation.
  • Returns or Cancellations of ALL Fisher Snowplow and Spreader Parts are subject to a 25% restocking fee regardless of the reason for return/cancelation.
  • Returns or Cancellations of ALL SNOWPLOW and SPREADER CONTROLLERS are subject to a 25% restocking fee regardless of the reason for return/cancelation.

*Sales made after 5 PM will apply to the following business day.

 Products must be unused or defective to be returned. 

MISSING OR DAMAGED PARTS MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 48 HOURS OF DELIVERY TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR REPLACEMENT, no returns will be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). Items returned without first obtaining an RMA can NOT be processed, and you will NOT receive any credit for any merchandise returned.

  • Products must be returned in the original packaging and include all manufacturers' original packing materials, manuals, and accessories.
  • Returned products must be in like-new condition. A 25% re-stocking fee will be levied for products that do not meet these conditions.
  • Any part that has been used or partially or fully installed is non-returnable.
  • Customers are entirely responsible for returning the part(s) to ITE Parts Inc. or to the manufacturer, freight prepaid.
  • A 25% re-stocking fee applies to all returns that are not due to the error of ITE Parts, Inc. Intercon Truck Equipment or the manufacturer of the item(s). This includes items returned due to damage incurred during shipping (see DAMAGED/MISSING ITEM CLAIM POLICY below).
  • Other processing and/or restocking fees may be charged as levied by the manufacturer.

 

MISSING OR DAMAGED PARTS MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 48 HOURS OF DELIVERY TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR REPLACEMENT, no returns will be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). 3. TO OBTAIN AN RMA NUMBER:

  • Please read and understand all the terms outlined in this policy.
  • If you have not already been in contact with customer service via email, contact us at customer.service@iteparts.com or by responding to your original order confirmation.
  • Include the following information in your email:
     
    1. Your seven-digit Order Number (usually starts with a 01)
    2. The Date of Purchase
    3. A detailed Reason for the Return

We will respond as quickly as possible with your RMA number and further instructions. Also, please take note of the following:

  • No returns will be accepted for electrical items and fluids.
  • Parts ordered for Hooklift units or Liftgates without providing the Model/Serial number of the Hooklift or Liftgate WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE for return. 
  • Items shipped LTL or Truck Freight are not eligible for return.
  • Refunds are for the cost of the product. Shipping charges are NOT refundable.
  • In some cases, processing your return may take up to 4 weeks.

Customers are entirely responsible for returning the part(s) to ITE Parts Inc. or the manufacturer, freight prepaid.

NOTE:

  • While we may accept returns of most products at our location. Parts shipped directly from the manufacturer may require a return to the source. In such cases, we will work with you to return the item to their location. Higher restocking fees may apply to these types of returns, as dictated by the Manufacturer. We only pass on the cost charged to us.
  • ALL ITEMS PURCHASED from ITEParts.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items passes to YOU when the package changes hands from us to the shipping carrier. ITEParts.com is NOT responsible or liable for any damage arising from shipment in these cases.

 

4. DAMAGED/MISSING/INCORRECT ITEM CLAIM POLICY: 

MISSING OR DAMAGED PARTS MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 48 HOURS OF DELIVERY TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR REPLACEMENT

  • Contact the shipping provider, or common carrier as soon as possible to report products lost or damaged during shipping before contacting ITEParts.com.
  • IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CONSUMER TO SUBMIT CLAIMS OF DAMAGE OR LOSS TO THE CARRIER. We can not submit a loss or damage claim on your behalf.
  • It is the sole responsibility of the customer to inspect the package's condition upon arrival. If any issues are found, notify the shipping provider immediately.
  • Please be aware that you, as the customer, have accepted sole responsibility for the packaged item(s) once it has been delivered or signed for.
  • ITEParts.com must be notified via e-mail (customer.service@iteparts.com or as a response to the original order confirmation) of any incorrect, missing, and/or damaged items within 48 hours of merchandise arrival.
  • The customer is responsible for the reshipment of returned items(s).
  • Failure to submit a claim promptly may result in loss of claim eligibility.
  • A 25% re-stocking fee applies to all returns that are not due to the error of ITEParts.com, Intercon Truck of Baltimore, Inc., or the manufacturer of the item(s). This includes items returned due to damage incurred during shipping.

 

5. PAYMENT POLICY: 

  • ITEParts.com accepts all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Personal and business checks may occasionally be submitted for payment however, orders will not be shipped until the check has cleared. Cashier checks and Money orders are accepted.
  • All credit card transactions are SSL secured and we do NOT store credit card information.
  • There is a $30 service charge for all returned checks.
