RETURNS/ORDER CANCELATION

 

-All sales are final after 30 days of invoice, unless warranted by the manufacturer.

 

-Special Order or Custom items are non-cancelable after 24 hours and are non-returnable.

 

-Orders other than Special Order or Custom items can be canceled at any time prior to shipment – contact customer.service@iteparts.com. A 5% processing fee applies to ALL cancellations not made within 2 hours of purchase.

 

-Products must be unused or defective to be returned.

  • The products must be returned in the original packaging and Include all manufacturers original packing materials, manuals and accessories.
  • Returned products must be in like-new condition. A 25% re-stocking fee will be levied for products that do not meet these conditions.
  • Any part that has been used or partially or fully installed is non-returnable.
  • A 25% re-stocking fee applies to all returns that are not due to the error of ITE Parts, Inc. Intercon Truck Equipment or the manufacturer of the item(s). This includes items returned due to damage incurred during shipping.

 

-No Returns will be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA).

 

 *All items purchased from ITE Parts Inc. are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. ITE Parts Inc. is not responsible or liable for any damage arising from shipment.

 

To obtain an RMA number:

  1. Please read and understand all terms outlined in this policy.
  2. If you have not already been in contact with customer service via phone or email, please contact us via email at customer.service@iteparts.com
  3. Include the following information in your message:
    1. Order number
    2. Date of purchase
    3. Reason for return

We will respond as quickly as possible with your RMA number and return instructions.

 

-No returns will be accepted for electrical items and fluids.

 

-Items shipped LTL or Truck Freight are not eligible for return.

 

-Refunds are for the cost of the product. Shipping charges are not refundable.

 

-Processing your return may take up to 4 weeks.

 

-Customers are responsible for returning parts to ITE Parts Inc. or to the product manufacturer, freight prepaid.

 

-Liftgate parts ordered without providing a Liftgate serial number WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE for return.

 

Note: While we take back most products directly. If the item was shipped directly from the factory, we will work with you to return to their location. Higher restocking fees may apply on these types of returns. We only pass on the cost charged to us.

 

Shipping

 

 Orders are shipped via a carrier to be determined by ITE Parts at the time of shipping.

 

*We currently ship only to addresses within the Continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii (fees apply). We do not currently ship to U.S. Territories.

 

*All orders of IN-STOCK items placed by 3:00 PM E.S.T. are shipped the same day and are FOB Joppa, MD.

 

*All items purchased from ITE Parts Inc. are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. ITE Parts Inc. is not responsible or liable for any damage arising from shipment.

 

*FREE SHIPPING PROMOTION applies to parcel shipments only. LTL orders and some oversize items are not eligible. Oversize items may require additional shipping charges. ITE Parts/Intercon Truck will notify customers of these charges as soon as they are known. Customers who's orders require these charges will be given the option to alter or cancel their order as they see fit.

 

Damage / Missing Item Claim Policy

 

  • Please contact the shipping provider, or common carrier as soon as possible for products damaged during shipping.
  • It is the sole responsibility of the customer to inspect the package condition upon arrival. If any discrepancies are found, please be sure to notify the shipping provider immediately.
  • The customer has accepted sole responsibility for the packaged item(s) once it has been signed for.
  • ITE Parts Inc. must be notified via e-mail or telephone of any incorrect, missing and/or damaged items within 24 hours of merchandise arrival.
  • The customer is responsible for reshipment returned items(s).

 

Payment Policy

 

  • ITE Parts, Inc. accepts all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Personal and business checks can be mailed in but orders will not be shipped until the check has cleared. Cashier checks and Money orders are accepted.
  • All credit card transactions are SSL secured and we do NOT store credit card information.
  • There is a $30 service charge for all returned checks.
