When you tighten down your load with a Lever Style Chain Binder, a great deal of kinetic energy is stored in the sturdy formed steel handle after you’ve firmly pushed it down to tension the chain that stabilizes your cargo. A Recoilless chain binder helps mitigate some of the stored energy in the handle, making it easier and safer to use.

This chain binder is complete with a strong, steady lever and a pair of durable and reliable 3/8-inch Clevis Grab Hooks that keep a sturdy grip on the chain during tensioning and transit. This chain binder, or any of Kinedyne’s chain binders, must never be used with cheater bars or other handle extenders to tension the load.
